Ben Beevers
Ben is Group Development Director for Everyone Active. He oversees development across all the 250+ leisure facilities Everyone Active operates, in partnership with local authority partners. Over the past 10 years he has helped shape Everyone Active’s digital services, transforming the business and helping to position Everyone Active as an industry leader, as recognised in UK Active’s Digital Futures report.
Everyone Active offers a diverse range of activities for people of all ages and backgrounds, with over 50 million visits to facilities each year. Ben focuses on using technology and innovation to enhance customer experiences, support colleagues’ delivery and improve health outcomes for communities. This includes leading the development of Everyone Active’s YOU+ wellness membership, launched in 2025, which combines digital insight with a holistic approach to wellbeing. YOU+ provides members with personalised digital access, wellness insights and exclusive content across six key pillars:
