Bethan Dando — Founder & CEO, The Wellbeing Company Global I started on the studio floor. Pilates mat and reformer teacher, qualified PT — which is where the product started too. I now lead two businesses that came out of that work: Pilates Class UK is a recruitment and operations consultancy for premium wellness clients, five-star resorts, boutique and studio groups. Grown from zero to a national business since 2022. It's where we learned exactly where the gaps live. WEL-B is what we're building because of those gaps — AI vertical SaaS for studio-format fitness operators, launching 2026. We're combining pre-launch unit economics, operational modelling, and embedded partnerships across equipment, software, insurance and capital into one layer. UK-first, built for global scale. Our thesis is simple: the next five years of growth in fitness will be won by the operators who can see unit economics at the micro-location level in real time — whether that's one independent site or a 300-location franchise network. That layer doesn't exist yet. We're building it. Pre-seed closed with three angel investors. Raising SEIS now.
