Debbie Fiorella is a highly accomplished C-suite executive with over 25 years of experience leading technology and marketing organizations for industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Technology and Marketing Officer at 24 Hour Fitness, she has end-to-end accountability for technology, digital, and marketing strategy and execution at one of the largest gym chains in the United States.
Debbie has helped lead 24 Hour Fitness’s multi-year transformation, unifying the member experience across physical clubs and digital channels. Her mandate now spans the full marketing organization, giving her a rare combination of creative, commercial, and technical fluency across the enterprise. Her marketing instincts trace back to the early part of her career, when she led marketing services and content production for EarthLink’s six-million-subscriber base. That foundation, paired with more than two decades of technology leadership, gives Debbie a rare ability to connect brand and member experience with the systems and data that power it at scale.
Prior to joining 24 Hour Fitness, Debbie served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Universal Studios Hollywood, where she led the IT strategy for the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and delivered a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation across web, commerce, mobile, and marketing technology. She began her career in a series of progressively senior IT and marketing services roles at EarthLink, Inc., including VP of Enterprise Planning & Operations and VP of Information Systems.
Debbie serves on the board of the Health & Fitness Association and the 24 Hour Fitness Helping Hands Foundation. She holds a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from San Diego State University.
