Haydn Elliott
Haydn Elliott is the Managing Director of Club Sports Group (CSG), the UK and European master franchise operator for F45 Training and FS8. He oversees a network of 99 studios across multiple markets, leading a team responsible for franchise sales, operations, performance, marketing and brand. Haydn's path into the fitness industry began as a personal trainer before a first F45 class convinced him he had found something worth building. In 2018, he co-founded F45 Oxford Circus alongside business partner Tristan Smith — the first of what would become a multi-studio portfolio spanning Oxford Circus, Soho, High Street Kensington and FS8 Oxford Circus. When Club Sports Group acquired those studios in 2022, Haydn took full ownership over the companies corporate owner studios and then, in 2025 took over responsibility for CSG's broader expansion strategy across the UK and Europe. His approach to leadership and franchise development is grounded in a simple conviction: support the operators, get the operations right, and growth follows. Under his direction, CSG has focused on building a high-performance support infrastructure, opening new territories and developing brand partnerships that connect their studio network to something larger than a single workout. Haydn is a vocal advocate for raising standards of franchisee support across the fitness industry — and for building organisations that prioritise integrity as the foundation of sustainable scale.
