Justin Drummond is the President of Ohana Growth Partners, one of the largest and most successful franchisees and operators of Planet Fitness clubs in the United States. Ohana Growth Partners operates 94 clubs in 6 territories (MD, DC, FL, TN, CA, MI & WA). Under his leadership, Ohana Growth Partners has expanded its footprint and elevated member experiences through operational excellence, innovative use of technology, and a commitment to community impact. In 2024, JD was honored as one of Baltimore’s Top 40 Under 40, recognizing his exceptional business leadership, strategic vision, and dedication to driving both company growth and community well-being. With a career marked by results-driven management and forward-thinking strategies, Drummond has played a pivotal role in integrating technology solutions that enhance member engagement, streamline operations, and position Planet Fitness clubs at the forefront of the fitness industry. Extending his talent beyond OGP, Justin spearheads an operations roundtable of franchisee operators and serves on the Planet Fitness Independent Franchisee Council Member Experience Committee. Paying it forward, Justin also serves on the Advisory Board for The Women’s Entrepreneur Leadership Lab Network and serves on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore (BGCMB).
