He has built and managed multi‑million‑dollar businesses across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, specialising in brand development, franchising, digital strategy and market expansion. Known for transforming facilities and creating new revenue streams, he has consistently leveraged his expertise in operations, sales and technology to position companies for growth, capitalising on emerging trends and opportunities.
Throughout his career he has held key leadership roles such as Vice President of Innovation & Corporate Growth at GoodLife Group, where he continues to introduce new products, programs and partnerships; COO/Growth & Innovation Director at Evolution Wellness, where he developed franchise models and led digital initiatives; and CEO of Elite Fitness in Vietnam, where he restructured operations and guided a premium club chain. Earlier positions include President of World Fitness Enterprises, COO of GSSG Holdings, Senior Business Development & Brand Director at Dubai Properties Group and COO for Fitness First MENA/GCC, where he launched brands in multiple countries and streamlined operational systems. His work has encompassed negotiating master franchise agreements, building brand standards, creating training and operations manuals, and leading software and SaaS projects to modernize club offerings.
