Tom Lapcevic is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of ROR Partners, a digital marketing and data agency specializing in active lifestyle sectors. Before founding ROR, Tom was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at 24 Hour Fitness. Earlier in his career, he founded and served as CEO of ClubCom, the world’s largest operator of digital media networks for health clubs, which he successfully sold to Amer Sports, a publicly traded conglomerate. Prior to that, Tom was the founder and CEO of Strive, a top manufacturer of patented commercial fitness equipment. Tom began his professional journey as an intellectual property litigation attorney at Reed Smith, a global law firm.
A prolific inventor, Tom holds numerous U.S. and European patents in digital marketing systems, personal media technologies, and fitness equipment. He was a founding member of the Outdoor Video Advertising Bureau, now known as DPAA, and has lent his expertise to several media, marketing, and advertising advisory boards. Additionally, he has authored multiple publications on place-based digital media, digital and mobile marketing, and fitness technologies, and is a frequent speaker at digital marketing conferences.
Tom graduated summa cum laude from Washington & Jefferson College with dual degrees in Accounting and Economics, receiving national recognition as one of the top accounting scholars by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was also a Capital One Academic All-American and a two-time GTE All-American in wrestling. Tom earned his Law Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
Tom and his wife, Julie, split their time between Collier Township, Pennsylvania, and Henderson, Nevada. They have four adult children.
