Frank Lawrence is the CEO of The Athletic Clubs. He had a 30 year career in banking, and then 13 years ago left that career to become a part owner and day-to-day partner with The Athletic Clubs.

His goal in life — comprised of fitness, faith, family, firm, finances, friends and fun — is to add value, insight, coaching, learning, developing and basic quality to each person, interaction and encounter given to him.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Hendrix College, and a Graduate Degree from Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

He has been married for 32 years and has two grown children. Frank is an avid athlete in a lot of different sports, but mostly enjoys building relationships and suffering together.

The Athletic Clubs is comprised of four clubs: Little Rock Athletic Club, a 160,000-square-foot, large multi-purpose facility boasting tennis, swimming, fitness and family amenities; Little Rock Racquet Club, a 70,000-square-foot, multi-purpose facility boasting tennis, swimming, fitness and family amenities; North Little Rock Athletic Club, a 40,000-square-foot fitness, swimming and family facility; and Downtown Athletic Club, a 4,000-square-foot facility geared toward executive fitness.
