Matt Goebel is the Founder & CEO of Woven, the operations platform trusted by fitness brands like Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, and Crunch to bring consistency, visibility, and accountability to their multi-location operations. With 15+ years of experience as a franchisor, franchisee, and supplier, Matt saw firsthand how poor communication, disconnected systems, and clunky software held growing brands back. He launched Woven in 2017 to change that; building a platform that empowers frontline teams, streamlines operations, and gives leaders the clarity they need to scale. Driven by the belief that operators should spend less time in the weeds and more time growing their business, Matt continues to push the industry forward with practical, tech-powered solutions designed for the real world of fitness franchising.
