With more than two decades of experience building data-driven platforms and leading large-scale engineering teams, Ryan has been at the forefront of digital transformation in industries ranging from fitness and travel to media, telecom, and cloud services.Prior to joining VASA, Ryan served as Vice President of Engineering at Inspirato, overseeing development and operations for the company’s CRM, inventory, financial, and data platforms. He has also held senior technology leadership roles at Slalom, iHeartMedia, Teradata, Rackspace, T-Mobile, and Cabela’s, where he drove initiatives in advanced analytics, large-scale data warehousing, cloud migration, and software engineering practices.Throughout his career, Ryan has specialized in data engineering, analytics, DevOps, and digital product development, helping organizations modernize their technology stacks and leverage data for growth. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, applying agile and cloud-native practices, and exploring how innovation in AI, machine learning, and data platforms can transform customer experiences.
