Today, he leads HireBOB.ai in transforming how gym operators engage members, drive revenue, and streamline service through cutting-edge AI.
Outside of work, Terry is a dedicated husband and proud father of two powerhouse daughters—one with a Master’s degree and thriving at Penn State managing their Athletic Tutorial program, the other wrapping up business school (and crushing it on the softball field) at the University of Maryland. Raising future leaders is just another way he stays in the game.
